This is the Clan--SS application form that will determine if you are Clan--SS material. This form will also let us know what kind of person you are and will be with SS. We expect alot out of our members and if you do not like responsibility then Clan--SS is not for you. If you applying for console Div. just Answer the appropriate questions for that Div. Same with PC Div.
